North Hampshire Chamber of Commerce & Industry
North Hampshire Chamber of Commerce & Industry is independent, not-for-profit, and politically impartial. It comprises businesses and organisations from all areas of commerce and industry. It is owned and managed by business for business.
NHCCI offers business services, runs networking events and lobbies government on business issues. It is big enough to speak on your behalf at local, regional and national level, and small enough to retain the local knowledge and information to help your business. It is the most powerful business club in your area

Hampshire Primary Care Trust
The Hampshire Primary Care Trust is the largest PCT in the country. We aim to improve the health of the local community, reduce
inequalities in health and make sure people have access to safe, high quality
health services.We do this by:
- working with the local community to develop
services that improve the health and well-being of the local community
- commissioning
a comprehensive and equitable range of high quality, responsive and efficient
health services
- providing some services ourselves when this is
in the best interests of local people<
We work
with local hospitals, specialist health providers, GPs and other family health
practitioners, local authorities, and the community as a whole to make sure
services are doing the right things and are being provided from the right
place.
We serve
about 1.25million people and have an annual budget of around £1,400 million -
around £1,121 for every person in our area. It is our job to make sure that
this money is invested wisely and doing the most it can for the most number of people.
We
are also one of the largest employers in the area and have a workforce of
around 3,500 people providing a wide range of services from health centres,
clinics, GP practices, community hospitals and in the community.
